About us

HMO Fund is a commercial finance brokerage arranging HMO mortgages and short-term finance for UK limited companies, professional landlords and investors. We arrange finance through a panel of lenders; we are not a lender.

Finance is indicative and not regulated

Any rates, loan to value bands or terms quoted are indicative only and subject to lender approval, valuation, the licensing and planning position, and your circumstances. HMO finance for companies and investors is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, planning or tax advice, and you should take independent advice before borrowing or relying on any expected rent, value or yield.

HMO Fund is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08174104, registered office Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, LU6 3QZ. We are a finance arranger and introducer, not a lender, and we do not provide financial, legal, planning or tax advice. HMO mortgages and bridging arranged for limited companies, professional landlords and investors are unregulated commercial lending that falls outside the Financial Conduct Authority's regulated-mortgage perimeter. Some lending, for example a consumer buy-to-let or a loan to an individual secured on a property linked to their home, can be a regulated mortgage contract; where a transaction would be a regulated mortgage contract or otherwise require FCA authorisation, we refer it to an appropriately authorised firm.
